Scottish Jug + Two, from the recent Lockdown Series was painted during Covid-19. These works was impacted by the time of being locked down with my family, managing home schooling and a sense of a dark cloud over the world. The vessels gathered in closely to feel secure and safe, like mum, dad and their little one. I bought the Scottish jug  from a potter on my trip in the UK in 2019. It has a beautiful simple design and is very tactile.
