From the recent Lockdown Series, Renovated Vessels was painted during Covid-19. The work was impacted by the time of being locked down with my family, managing home schooling and a sense of a dark cloud over the world.

Two vessels are gathered in closely while the other has social distancing and feeling a bit isolated. We had our bathroom renovated at this time and the colours are exactly from that palette - I mixed and sampled to colour match on the tiles. The touch of orange is artistic license to add a pop of colour.

This work is available as the original painting OR as a Fine Art Giclee Print Printed on Canson Edition Etching Rag Paper 310 gsm.
